Events Calendar

These are the events we usually run.  Alongside this, we normally host a couple of new parent coffee morning welcomes across the year.

In the past, we have run an Eid Fayre, Christmas Fayre, Parent Band Night, Second hand clothes sale, Halloween Trail.  We are open to any new events that you would like to help organise.  Please get in touch: helpkhps@gmail.com and we can help you to get the ball rolling to plan the next event.  We also always need new volunteers to help plan our current calendar of events and get involved on the day by helping on a stall.

When tickets go on sale for events you will receive a Parent Mail and can use the link in the mail to book tickets or the button below.

✅️ The PTFA is a registered charity and is therefore required to hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM).

✅️ The aim of the meeting is to review the finances, the committee members and give some information about what our plans are for the coming academic year.

✅️ To be compliant, we need to have lots of lovely non-committee members there so please do come along and check us out! There will be biscuits 😋 and a calm space with colouring for any children who need to tag along. ✨️

  • PTFA Events Committee meeting

Are you interested in helping organise and co-ordinate a school event? Please come along to this informal and sociable get-together to help plan and shape the events we run at the school.

Time commitment is minimised as much as possible by making you part of a team, taking responsibility for a single event. It is a great way to make friends, learn more about the PTFA and school and feel the good vibes of helping make our fabulous events happen!

Last meeting held: 7th Nov 2024

We collect donations in the main playground before and after school during November. We’d be grateful for any donations of small gifts, toys, Christmas decorations and Christmas jumpers/clothes that are in very good, giftable condition.
