Events Calendar
These are the events we usually run. Alongside this, we normally host a couple of new parent coffee morning welcomes across the year.
In the past, we have run an Eid Fayre, Christmas Fayre, Parent Band Night, Second hand clothes sale, Halloween Trail. We are open to any new events that you would like to help organise. Please get in touch: helpkhps@gmail.com and we can help you to get the ball rolling to plan the next event. We also always need new volunteers to help plan our current calendar of events and get involved on the day by helping on a stall.
When tickets go on sale for events you will receive a Parent Mail and can use the link in the mail to book tickets or the button below.

International Evening - 17TH April 2026
The most heartwarming event of the year is back! Help us celebrate and showcase our gloriously diverse community and build friendships by finding out about each other’s heritage. 💕💫
🌍 In order to make the event as fab as ever, we need as many countries as possible represented. You can take part in two ways:
1. Set up a stall showcasing your country of choice. This does not have to be high tech or labour intensive! Some fun facts, colouring in sheets, setting up a traditional game, modelling traditional dress or treating people to a tipple or snack all fit the bill in getting people interested in an aspect of your history or culture. We will provide assistance and guidance along the way! 💫
2. Entertain us! As usual we will be running an entertainment schedule so if your child (with or without your support) has a dance, song, demo of a skill or even fancies showing us some martial arts moves, there is a place on the lineup for you! Performances can be from 1-3 minutes so you don’t need RADA training to make the cut. 🎭
🫖 There will also be the usual English Tea Rooms and raffle so it is set to be a wonderful evening.
💕🌈 PLEASE help spread some love and unity by signing up on the link below!

✅️ To be compliant, we need to have lots of lovely non-committee members there so please do join in and check us out! ✨️

Christmas Toy Sale - December
Pre-Christmas sale of toys, Christmas clothes, decorations and gifts after during December. This is an ideal way to find affordable gifts, be more eco friendly this Christmas and raise money for the school in the process. We collect donations in the main playground before and after school during November. We’d be grateful for any donations of small gifts, toys, Christmas decorations and Christmas jumpers/clothes that are in very good, giftable condition.
-

Come along and join in with some carols from the choir, get yourself some mince pies, samosas, gingerbread, mulled wine and spiced apple if you’d like.
