Our Committee
-
Dan Rodrigues
Chair Person
I have two children at Kings Heath Primary school and took up the opportunity to be Chair of the PTFA in November 2021. I wanted to help support the school in becoming community driven and more inclusive with events where everyone felt welcome. When I’m not running around chasing my three children I have a love for sport, technology and digital inclusion.

Libbs Packer
Events
I have 4 children who have all been at KHPS or are still there, so I have been involved in helping to run events for a number of years. I help put together the calendar of events for each year and make sure there are people to plan and run them. We try to make all events accessible and inclusive to everyone. We are always looking for more people to get involved in the planning of events and welcome people’s fresh ideas, it is a great way to meet people as well as feeling really satisfied after an event has been a success!

Beth Webb
Communications
Beth is responsible for PTFA communication. The focus is on highlighting that way in which parents can get involved, shouting about the wonderful events and fundraising that is happening and letting the parent/carer population know about how any money is being spent. Every now and then she has to send 1000 messages asking people to volunteer on the candy floss stall and then thanks them profusely after.
-
Andre Krikke
Treasurer
I have an accounting background and I am happy I can use my experience to help the PTFA.
As the Treasurer I manage all the money flowing through the PTFA. I ensure regular and timely financial reporting to all the stakeholders and filing with for example the Charity Commission. I make sure the money is safe and spent in line with the policies of the PTFA. You can ask me about Gift Aiding, floats, expenses and how your donations were spent. All to make sure that your money and third party funding is working efficiently for our children.
I have a daughter at our school.
-
Helen Bell

I prepare for the committee meetings, setting the agenda and taking minutes. I also maintain the charity commission trustee details and generally help ensure the effective running of the PTFA

Nimmy Orbach
Fund Raising
I have two children at KHPS, both in Year 4. My role on the committee is to identify and apply for external funding and partnership opportunities, alongside helping out at the many and varied events!
-
Valentina Migliarini
